It's made of a silver/grey shimmer illusion tulle. Originally I was planning on silver sparkle organza, but after taking some "test shots" it was discovered that the flash reflected off of it so badly that you couldn't even see my face, and since John really -really- wanted the blusher for the ceremony... (I wanted a mantilla. That's what compromise is all about, I guess.)
The pictures suck, but you get the idea. I inserted two wedge shaped panels into the train to create a "teardrop" shape, since the original width of the tulle was only 54" (most bridal tulle is 110"?)
Other than some possible beading, it's done! Whoo!
